^ An email will be sent to the shortlisted applicants providing details of Selection. Each applicant may make an online enrollment once only.

1. A video of self-introduction and presentation of creative item,
   including:

1. Self-introduction of the applicant in Chinese AND English
2. Presentation of creative item on the theme of "I want to be a Jr. Astronaut" (the creative item may be in any medium, e.g. drawing, song composition, a model, or a Chinese or English story composition, etc.)
3. The video should not exceed 3 minutes

1. Please upload your video with the following criteria:

1. Must be MP4, WMV or AVI
2. Maximum file size is 150MB
3. File name must be the Hanyu Pinyin of applicant's name. If applicant's name is 陈小明, file name should be "chenxiaoming", and must not contain any space or symbols (e.g. &, %, $, etc.)

2. Parent-child Photo

   Please submit a photo of the applicant and the participating parent that best expresses your close family ties.

   Please upload your photo with the following criteria:

1. Must be JPEG or PNG
2. Maximum file size is 5MB
3. File name must be the Hanyu Pinyin of applicant's ma,e. If applicant name is 陈小明, file name should be "chenxiaoming", and must not contain any space or symbols (e.g. &, %, $, etc.)
